Strawberry - Light and fruity buttercream with real strawberries for a fresh, naturally sweet taste.

Raspberry - Bright, tangy buttercream with real raspberries, balancing sweet and tart in every bite.

Caramel Pecan Coconut - a decadent blend of toasted pecans, shredded coconut folded into rich caramel.

Caramel Coconut - Just as delicious as the above mentioned, just without nuts.

Ganache - available in semi-sweet, milk or white chocolate for a luxurious, rich finish

CAKE

Baked from scratch with premium ingredients, my cakes are layered high and finished with my signature Swiss meringue buttercream.

Vanilla - Classic and elegant, made with pure madagascar vanilla for a rich, aromatic flavour

Lemon - Bright and refreshing, with a delicate tang and sunny citrus notes.

Chocolate - Fudgy and decadant. Crafted with two of the finest cocoa powders for a deep indulgent chocolate experience.

Marble - The best of both worlds. A harmonious blend of rich chocolate and classic vanilla cake.
